If you own and manage a business, you may not have the time to visit the bank to deposit checks, pay bills or transfer funds between accounts. SunTrust's online banking service provides you with a variety of time-saving services, including access to up to 18 months of your transaction history and the ability to directly deposit money into a client or customer's account. If you have a SunTrust checking account or credit card, you can access online banking on SunTrust's website.
Step 1
Go to the SunTrust Small Business webpage (see Resources).
Step 2
Type your user ID and password in the "Online Banking Sign On" box. If you can't remember your information, click "Forgot User ID/Password?" If you forgot your username or password, SunTrust will send you a reminder email. If you forgot both, SunTrust will ask you a security question or use your check card to verify your identity.

Step 3
Click "Go" to sign in and access your online account.
