Peter Allish ( Glasgow ) – the worst RBS business manager ever?
I have a business account with RBS (in Glasgow). Over the years my
account has been in good order and last year I posted a profit (after
tax etc) of £12,000.
At some point in the recent future I was assigned a new business
manager at RBS. His name is Peter Allish. I have never met Peter
Allish. He has never introduced himself to me. He has never called me
or wrote to me or made any effort whatsoever to even introduce himself
to me.
I have just discovered that this business manager – Peter Allish –
has arranged to have my business overdraft facility not renewed this
year. Furthermore, he has handed my account (which is in perfectly good
order) over to collections. Finally, I have received a letter from the
bank warning me that my charge cards may be suspended.
All of this has happened without Peter Allish having introduced
himself to me, without having telephoned me, without having asked me any
questions, without giving me any warning, without giving me any
opportunity to respond and without establishing any dialogue whatsoever.
Even after having registered an official complaint with RBS, Peter
Allish has still not made any attempt to establish contact with me.
Peter Allish has just turned a perfectly legal, perfectly profitable,
perfectly upstanding business account into a disaster zone. I have
funds online which I dare not even transfer into my business account,
thanks to Peter Allish.
From an entirely selfish perspective, the good news for me is that I
do have skills which are in demand and I have a wide selection of loyal
clients who are eager to hire me. I’m alright. However, as a customer
of RBS I am perfectly entitled to publish my complaint towards Peter
Allish in any arena of my choosing.
Faceless bankers who sit in the shadows making decisions
which devastate local businesses are a disgrace to their employers.
Peter Allish has just made a powerful enemy and I shall enjoy publishing
my complaints about him, in the most public manner that I can muster.
More than anyone, Peter Allish is about to discover why I’m one of the
most sought after search engine optimisation consultants in the country.
I look forward to seeing what comes up on Google when someone searches for “Peter Allish” in the not too distant future.
Legal Declaration: This article is my attempt to register a
complaint about the professional conduct of a particular person who
works for a particular organisation – RBS. I have attempted to register
a complaint with RBS via their own channels of communication.
Unfortunately I feel as thought I am being ignored. I want to stress
that my complaint is entirely professional and not personal. I have no
personal complaints to register whatsoever towards my business bank
manager, Peter Allish. Indeed, I have never even met him and that is
precisely the point that I am attempting to highlight. I believe that
I’m perfectly within my legal rights to publish this article and any
similar articles, as a customer of RBS. This article – and any similar
articles which may follow – will be taken down at a time of my choosing
and when I am satisfied of there having been a satisfactory resolution.
The very fact that you are reading this article means that there has
not been a satisfactory resolution to the challenges which I have
highlighted. Any representative of RBS is welcome to contact me and I
will happily publish their response via this webpage, if that’s
something which they would find desirable
